I'm missing a function to assign all current and future categories to staff. Today, I can assign all current categories to a staff member, but new categories will then have to be assigned to all my staff members manually.

Would it be possible to create an option called "All categories" in a future version af HESK?

Good point. This is useful if you want to limit access to features, but allow access to all categories.

I've added it to our to-do list. Definitely something that will be added in the future, but no promises how fast we will get to this.
