Setup IMAP Fetching for Hesk using their Cloud

Hello - I'm using Hesk , and signed up for the Cloud version where they host it for us (we don't have a server). The email service we use is a custom domain, hosted with Google's business Gmail G-Suite. I have created the custom email address, the smtp and imap settings are setup successfully in the hesk interface under Settings > Email.

I'm trying to setup IMAP fetching, so that our customers can email us tickets.

Where I'm stuck is on this support article, #5 https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/index.php?article=91

Open hesk_imap.php file in your browser, for example:
http://yoursite.com/hesk/inc/mail/hesk_imap.php

... This address makes me think its trying to use a PHP file from "yoursite" but we don't have anything on our site related to hesk and we're using the Hesk's cloud version.
