Setting up a category translation

I've setted up two categories for requests and I run hesk in two translations, English and Greek... is it possible to display the translation of the category in accordance to customer's language choice? e.g. I created category with name "General Requests", is it possible when customer choose Greek language to see the category in Greek? How do I do that?

That is currently not possible; I recommend creating two sets of categories, one for each language (maybe prefix the category name with language).
