I need to edit one of my "canned responses" I created in previous versions. I have searched everywhere in the admin pages to find where the canned responses are created or edited. The ones I have still work, but I can't create new ones or edit the older ones I have.

Canned responses in 3.1.2 live under "Templates" > "Responses" in the left sidebar.
