drag and drop attachments

We were using Hesk 2.8.2 previously, and upgrade to Hesk 3.1.2 recently.

The system supports uploading a file by dragging and dropping it into the attachment area in Hesk 2.8.2. However, it only supports browse the file and upload it in Henk 3.1.2, which is less convenient and efficient than the previous version. Could the system retain the function of dragging and dropping files as attachments in the previous version, please?

This wasn't a feature of Hesk, you probably had "Mods for HESK" installed for version 2.

That said, we'll be improving the way attachments are handled in the future.
