I've been using Hesk for a couple of weeks just to see if it fit my needs. Up till now, I realized that is a very powerful ticket tracking
solution, though I face a problem with the "Knowledge" base. I am using English and Greek and I would like to know if there is any easy, for an average user, way to get the topics and the body of the articles, displayed as per guest user's language choice.

The same KB is displayed for all languages. My suggestion would be to make two main categories in Hesk - one for Greek and one for English, then sub-categories for each language.

Ok that is simple as it sounds.

Got another problem too. I set up PHP piping and received a response to a ticket that is in Greek though I can only see
various incomprehensible symbols and letters? What is the problem?

Hard to say without seeing it, but most likely an encoding problem. Are your language files in UTF-8?
