Sorry if here is not right place for my question, but searching in hesk knowledgebase and this forum doesn't bring any result.
My proglem: we faced with a need to use keywords for navigation. I create some articles, assign the keywords, and can't find anything using them.
My questions:
1. How to do navigate by keywords?
2. Is it possible to marks tickets with keywords?

Keywords are used (together with article title and contents) to find knowledgebase articles. If you aren't getting any results, try adding several more unique/different articles (see this).
Tickets don't have keywords, but you can search for the using the "Find a ticket" form at the bottom of the Tickets (home) page.
