msg undeliverable

Not sure if this has been asked before but I couldn't find a reference to it.
What (if anything) can be done about tickets automatically being created when you have email piping enabled and a user makes a typo in an email? I have anti-spam on which should stop backscattering and is essentially the same but it doesn't stop until the remote smtp gives up which is crazy annoying.
