URL of website is showing on Title Bar

Good day guys. Something weird happened after I change my Hesk website favicon. Changing favicon was successful but there has been some changes on the admin side. As you can see in this photo https://ibb.co/CMVpbNY on the left one, the title bar shows the title of webpage and the right one doesn't shows the title of webpage in title bar instead it's showing the full url. Any fix on this. Thank you.

Not sure, would have to see the help desk (the non-working URL) to be able to tell more.

I mean the URL of your help desk - the page that doesn't show the title. What's the URL of that page (what does the browser address bar starting with http say)?
