How can I show editor?

I'm using hesk 3, I need editor when client or admin open a ticker. did you know some hook?

There is currently no built-in way of doing this.

A rich text editor for the admin panel is coming in the next major Hesk release (currently in development, most likely released in the following months).

For the customer side, a complete rich text is not planned, but a simple one may be added in the future.

It would be nice if the new editor supports language settings from Hesk, so all the system will run on same language.

Thanks for the offer, but we don't accept money in exchange for speeding up certain functionality. We have a relaxed development schedule and try to include features we think will server most Hesk users best
