HESK on Windows 2019 server

Hi everyone

I am in trouble with install HESK on Windows 2019 server. The problem is about MYSQL and PHP.

I am trying to install HESK 2.4.1 and PHP 7.4.9. In step two in the installation I get this error, MYSQL must be enabled in PHP. I put this, extension=php_mysql.dll, in my php.ini file but nothing changed.
I have browsing all day in the internet and tried many thing but the result are always the same.

Please can anybody help my to solve this problem ?

You must restart your server after making changes to php.ini
