it would be more handy, if the fields for 'Categorie' and 'assigned to' in a ticket have scrollbars.
If you have many Categories or Staff it's tedious to scroll the hole Browserwindow.
In addition it would be nice, if its possible to input a letter and the list jumps to that letter.
