Migrate out of MFH progress

Has there been any progress on getting out of mods for hesk?

Mods for Hesk (MfH) and Hesk 3 are two different products so there is no direct way (neither is one planned) for switching from one to the other.

My recommendation is:

1. if you rely on MfH features (like calendar, due date, HTML emails/tickets ...), keep using it until the features you need are available in Hesk. Hire a developer (or rely on MfH community) to backport bug and security fixes from Hesk 2 into MfH.

2. if you want to switch to Hesk 3:
- BACKUP your data
- uninstall MfH
- upgrade to Hesk 3 from original Hesk 2
