New version of HESK: 3.1.0 (and 2.8.6)

A new version of HESK has been released: 3.1.0

Version 3.1.0 fixes a security issue, a number of bugs and brings several minor user interface improvements.

The Cloud-version of HESK now also comes with a Statistics module that gives you insight into help desk usage and staff performance. See it in action in HESK Demo Admin Panel under "Reports".

HESK 2 (legacy Long-term support) has also been updated to 2.8.6.

1. Login to your HESK admin panel
2. Go to "Settings" and click the "Check for updates" link
3. See available update options
