Hello everybody!
First of all, thanks for developing an helpful tool like HESK!
I've succesfully upgraded to version 3.0.3 from 2.8.4, and I am currently unable to create "custom statuses" for my tickets.
The system gives me an error regarding "mandatory fields not filled, in details the error is:
"Mandatory fields not filled: Write status name"

How can I solve it? Is it something missing in my installation?

just for information: changing "Multilanguage support" to false I successfully created custom statuses for tickets.

This is indeed an issue, thanks for reporting it.

This should fix it (upload the custom_status.php file to your admin folder):
