Post by Paula Motorbike »

Version of script: 3.0.0

I detect one bug with the drop-down fields. You can select one option but this option no appears select when you save. Always you can see the first option that you have.

Could you try updating to version 3.0.1 (released earlier today) and see if that works for you?

If not, please provide exact instructions on where this happens.

Thanks for your fast answer. I've tried with your demo because now I'm not in my computer and nothing change. The problem persist.

When you select option 2 in the custom field and press save not save this option.

I hope that you can understand the problem.

Thanks in advance

What browser are you using?

Many thanks Klemen for your answer.

Attach two screenshots with the problem.
In the first one you can see that I have changed the drop down to option 2

Image

After saving the changes it does not show option 2. It does not save the changes

Image

I work only with Linux and the browsers that I have installed are chromium and firefox. (The problem does it in both)

If you need more information let me know.

Slight issue also with drop down boxes and custom fields. The full custom field name is not shown on a new customer ticket. However if logged in as admin and submit a new ticket on behalf of a customer it displays fine. Any ideas how to fix this?

Ah, I see.

Try this: https://hesk.com/extras/hesk3/hesk302-cf-full-names.zip

Upload the "custom-fields.php" file to your HESK /theme/hesk3/customer/util folder.
