I would like to officially extend a warm welcome to Mike Koch, the new HESK lead developer :D

You all know Mike. He spent countless hours working on Mods for HESK - the most comprehensive and popular HESK extension ever.

Mike and I are joining efforts in making HESK the #1 choice when it comes to simple help desk software. The first result is already here - HESK 3. However, this is only the beginning and I trust we can make amazing things together!

Welcome aboard... So does this mean we will start to see some of the awesome features of M4H inside of future updates of Hesk? :)
