I have been using HESK for a few years now and love how easy some of it is to reconfigure. However, certain functions I can't seem to add/redesign to my specifications. Example I would like to change the number of priorities, the names of some of the priorities, add and remove some to fit exactly how I could like. There is a section to do this with categories, but to do a priority seems like it's meant to be very static.

I browsed through all the settings file and can't seem to find what I am looking for. Any ideas?

You're right, priorities are currently built-in statically.

You can modify their names with a custom-text.php file:

However, adding new ones is not trivial in Hesk 2.x and would require a lot of changes in a lot of places. Honestly, I just never got around to changing that. It will be changed in the future at some point, but can't really give any guarantees when.

Thanks for the reply. I am more worried about the adding/removing entirely of priorities rather than the renaming process but neither request is exactly an emergency or anything.
