Can't install latest Mods for HESK version 2019.1.0 on HESK 2.8.4

I have tried doing a google search for "can't install mods for hesk". I have tried some of the solutions in some posts in this forum but they are related to the previous version for HESK 2.8.2

I get this previous to hit the "Next >" button:

Database Information / File Permissions
Database Host: localhost Database Name: geppettv_ticket
Database User: geppettv_nuvogue Database Password: {removed for security reasons}
Database Prefix: hesk_

When I hit the "Next >" button, the web browser shows the logo, a gif with spinning circles and the text:

Updating to the latest version...
Initializing...

Nothing happen.

I am trying to do the install via http://nuvogue-electronics.com.mx/ticket/install/

No success so far.

Any help is appreciated.

So I suppose you need to update to Hesk 2.8.4 BEFORE updating MfH.

I am using HESK version: 2.8.4

And I mentioned version 2.8.2. because of the topics I have seen on this forum are related to 2.8.2 and not to the version I am using.

Any ideas?

Something different happened this time.

When I hit the "Next" button on the first screen, I get an empty progress bar and this error message:

An error occurred! (Error Code: 184)
"An error occurred: Undefined offset: 184 in \/home4\/geppettvs\/public_html\/ticket\/install\/ajax\/process-migration.php on 16"

Successfully reverted database to before the installation/update.

I have downloaded a new copy of the script in a different web browser and a different location. I don't know if this did something different but the error message happened this time.

I went back to restart the install process and this time the screen reads:

Installation / Upgrade Complete

Make sure to delete your /install folder and then proceed to your help desk.

Somehow it is working now. But I can't say if something went wrong the previous attempts to install.

The only difference is now I am using a land line ISP instead of a Satellite ISP.

Anyway, I am running this test in a sandbox server. I will inform later if I succeed installing this in a real workflow server.

Ok. I am trying to deploy the script in a real workflow server, which is behaving like the previous attempt. This is the errors shown in the console.

My web browser is Mozilla Firefox Quantum 68.0.2 (64 bit) for Ubuntu

I am going to try with some different web browsers but it seems the script is not reaching the

file.

A previous attempt was giving the same error for

jquery-1.10.2.min.js

which I solved by giving

permissions on the file. Not working the same for

After trying some things, like changing the PHP version in CPanel, from 5.6 to 7.0 and/or 7.1, I have found that I have an error when I run the Database Validator Tool, which reads:

Mods for HESK Database Validation

The database validation tool will check your database setup to ensure that everything is set up correctly.
Some Checks Skipped
You are not running the latest version of Mods for HESK, so some checks have been skipped.

Nevertheless, I have also tried downloading a new copy of the script and even cloning with git. No success so far.

Any ideas are appreciated.

What worked for me it was to create a zip file with the sandbox installation and copy that file in the real workflow server, after which I started the install and voila! It worked like a charm.

What happened?

I can't say.

But it is working now and I am pleased with the results.

I have more questions but I will search in the forum and if I can't find an answer, I am going to open a new topic.

Please let me know if you need something from my install in order to check the files or something, so that we can check what exactly happened.
