I have just upgraded hest to latest on cPanel and I get this advice:

After completing the script upgrade process please apply safe permissions to the config file:
/home/xxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/hesk/hesk_settings.inc.php

What does this mean, what am I supposed to do ?
