install.php is not used by Mods for HESK, so you'll see that error if you try to go there.
Regarding the "Initializing..." error, open your browser's dev console (F12 for Chrome), and take a look at the "Console" tab. If there are any errors present, please take a screenshot of the errors and post them here as a reply.

I'm having a hard time looking at your site due to several 522 (CloudFlare error) response codes.
However, I do see that a file is returning a blank response instead of JSON, which is why the error shows up. I'm also unable to view your helpdesk's home page. Did you properly install HESK 2.8.2 before copying over the Mods for HESK files?

After mods for HESK files, white page error occurs.

I see you're currently using the Turkish language. Change your default language to English, and then copy over the Mods for HESK files and see if you get a white screen.
