Hello,
I run yesterday an installation of HESK in Heroku but I have a problem regardin the field customization. I created some more categories, and for 3 of them I created 1 customized text field.
Once i wen to remove it and I click in the admin panel on the "X" to remove it I receive the error:

" Error: This custom field does not exist"

If I click on the pencil icon, nothing happens. I tried with Chrome and FF.
Any Idea???

Try clearing the cache: go to Admin panel > Settings and click "save changes" button at the bottom.
