When I attempt to Copy Ticket, the only details copied over to the new ticket are the name and email. Is this by design or can I add additional fields?

There's no "Copy ticket" functionality in Hesk, are you using a modification?

There is a "Copy Ticket" functionality in Mods for HESK. Everything except the subject and message are copied over to the new ticket form.

Since I have been using Mods for Hesk from the beginning, I've lost track of what is and is not included.

When I hover over the Copy Ticket button, The link info shows there is an attempt to copy all info over. However, only the Name and address appear in the new ticket.
