In reference to the thread below, I am trying to see if there is a way to allow Admin's to get a copy of all replies in Hesk for staff and end users. Once a Staff has taken a ticket regardless of category, any reply from the staff to the end user, and then reply back to the staff, can easily go un-noticed especially as tickets are closed. It ads a lot more emails but it would be nice for all replies to be emailed to at least 1 admin for ongoing reviews without having to browse the ticket listing. Is there a way to hard-code this that just adds an email that BCC's every message? I do a lot of tickets myself so I would be getting dupes I understand, but seeing what options there are. Thanks!!!

No, unfortunately, there is no built-in function for this at the moment. You would need to manually find and modify the code that sends emails and modify it to fit your needs (inc/email_functions.inc.php).
