Where can I get a list of tags that I can use with ticket templates? I have tried %%NAME%% which works in the email template files but %%NAME%% is what appears in the ticket because it does not convert %%NAME%% to the customer's name. What is the proper tag format or does ticket templates NOT support tags?

I would love for the template to say,

"Dear NAME, my name is AGENT with CATEGORY department..."

Mods for HESK does not support tags in ticket templates at this time.
