Sumit Tickets Custom footer takes the whole page up

Good day,

I have the latest HESK running with the mods. We inserted a custom footer, with color added to footer.txt. When you go to submit a ticket, the footer would be moved to the far right side, with a large white space on the right side which looked funny. I disabled quick notes on the submit ticket side via the admin panel. After doing this, the footer is now the full page. The copy write and hesk developers note, is now on the top of the submit ticket section and not at the bottom of the page.

Is this a bug? Has anyone else run into this problem?

An update to my problem, if anyone else is having the same problem.

To fix submit ticket where the footer bled into the body portion, after disabling quick note. I added an open <div in header and a closing </div in footer. This fixed the bleeding through. Now I only have to work out, why powered by is at the top of the submit ticket. It looks strange.
