hello, I have created several categories that can be sorted Tickets. Is it possible to create the categories directly via an e-mail address in the respective categories? At the moment, I have only found a way to create an e-mail address in whose inbox all tickets arrive.

Only if you manually make multiple copies of hesk_pipe/pop3/imap files. This has been explained before somewhere on the forum, please try searching for multiple emails.

I found it. Maybe it would still be a suggestion for an upcoming version to solve this via the web interface ...
