[NEED HELP] HESK Problems

Hello,

I've some problems and find now answers in your forum, maybe I oversee some,please help:

1. Laws
Hosters are legally obliged to show cookie messages, imprint and privacy statements visibly on the site. Since 25.05.18 there is a new graphing law, the penalties are very high at offense. I think this is a relevant point and should be implemented as soon as possible.

German words: Cookie, Impressum, Datenschutz


2. Categories / User > "Auto-assign tickets to this user."
I found no option to "Auto-assign tickets to this user" in a Category. I mean Category 1 - Tickets goes only to User 1 and so on.


3. Tools > Custom Fields
If I answert a ticket the "Required Fields" are deleted in the message. Why? How the can be stored?

1. your main website policies can (should) cover Hesk as well, it shouldn't be just Hesk-specific. However, you can add any custom code to comply with your country specific implementation laws into head.txt, header.txt or footer.txt files and that code will be included in Hesk pages.

2. currently Hesk will assign tickets to anyone who has access into a category. Auto-assign rules will be improved in the future.

3. I am not sure what you mean? Hesk doesn't delete any fields/data when you reply to a ticket.
