New version of HESK: 2.8.2

HESK version 2.8.2 has just been released.

The 2.8.x series improves compatibility with PHP 7.2 and adds some minor new functionality, especially to comply with the new EU GDPR regulation.

UPDATE FROM VERSION 2.7.6 and 2.8.x:
1. Login to your HESK admin panel
2. Go to "Settings" and click the "Check for updates" link
3. Download available update and read HOW TO INSTALL.html

Updated to 2.8.1

The 2.8.1 minor update fixes a bug in bulk ticket assignments (thanks, Mike) and improves email standards compliance by adding a Message-ID header tag to outgoing emails (also helps with SPAM filters).

Mike reported an issue with bulk print tickets not being printed one per page in several browsers.

If you are experiencing this issue, upload this print_template.inc.php file to your Hesk /inc folder (overwrite existing one).

The modified file will also be included in the next release cycle.

Service messages can now be tied to a specific language. Several bugs have also been fixed.
