Admin Timeout Infuriating

I build a client with Nativefier and added a header image and back button for my company. Mostly it works great.

However the HESK admin timeout is infuriating.

Several times now I've been in the middle of writing a knowledge-base article and when I go to submit I am met with a login screen and a warning that my session timed out. The back button leads to the same login page. My knowledge-base article is lost.

Before I go scrounging for code to comment, is there a way to remove the timeout via the GUI?

Session timeouts are not set in HESK, but in PHP (server) configuration. Hesk doesn't expire any sessions except when you logout.

If you have "Autologin" feature enabled and your login details remembered, HESK should try to login automatically and submit the form.
