We updated from HESK 2.7.3 to 2.7.6 and found a possible bug.

Ticket updates are only been shown after een page refresh by F5. For example, when the status of a ticket has been changed you don't see the new ticket status on the homepage. Even after the auto reload of the homepage you still see the old ticket status. You have to refresh the page (F5) before you see the new ticket status.

It works in the demo:

Do you have the "Auto reload page" box ticked at the top of the ticket list page?

Yes, the auto reload page box has ticked. Today we decided to update Production and it appears that this problem only exists in our Test environment. In Production the changed status is immediatly visible after saving the changes in the ticket and going back to the home page. In the Test environment you have to wait untill the page has been reloaded.

A caching issue in your test environment probably?
