Send email notification to the customer & Assign this ticket to myself

Hi All,

I am running version 2.7.5 and would like to disable two options (currently it is enable and checked). I would like to have it uncheck when creating or modifying the ticket.

- Send email notification to the customer & Assign this ticket to myself

Does anyone know how to do this on version 2.7.5.

This can be done within the user's preferences.
