two little suggestions

I got some ideas for upcoming versions of helpdesk.

The first i a anti robotic image like phpbb or many other forums have to run against spam bots.

And the second is an feature that allows admins/mods to turn of the option to re-open an ticket again when he answered it so the customer cant post new requests in this ticket.

At least i gotta say you help desk is great and the very best throuh all the bull sh*t i searched through. And the best is.. yours is for free. Thank you.

Thanks for the ideas, noted and added on the "to-do" list.

For all reading, the next version will have quite some useful new features. When? Hopefully within the next 1-2 months.
