After trying to install, it get stuck on

Could not execute query: ALTER TABLE `hesk_categories` CHANGE `color` `background_color` VARCHAR(7) NOT NULL DEFAULT '#FFFFFF'. MySQL said: Data truncated for column 'background_color' at row 1

I have replicated the same issue around 4 times now.

I manually set the thing to #FFFFFF in the database and restarted the installation and upgraded from 3.10

https://file.properties/RyKpzDQP.png Seems like a database issue, but I have no idea how to fix this. I've cleared and reinstalled Hesk, the database and MFH 4 times in the past all ending with the same issue.

Download this copy of installSql.php and place into your /install/mods-for-hesk/sql folder: https://gitlab.com/mike-koch/Mods-for-H ... allSql.php

Then try another clean install and let me know if it works or not.
