Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to categorize tickets depending of the "to" email address.
for example mail send to a@a.com should go to category A, mail send to b@b.com should go to category B
any idea's ?

It's not something that can currently be setup automatically, but you can create multiple copies of the "inc/ail/hesk_pipe.php" file (or the hesk_pop3/hesk_imap if you use that instead), modify the source code in each to setup a different $set_category value (the category that file will import emails to).
