Script URL:
Mods for HESK version: 3.1.1
HESK version: 2.7.3
Hosting company:
URL of phpinfo.php: https://www.aristos94.net/phpinfo.php
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Write your message below:

When checking for updates in v3.1.1 it says: "Mods for HESK Version: 3.1.1 - Check for updates" and when you click on it, it sends you to HESK.com update checker (https://www.hesk.com/update.php?version=2.7.3) with bad results: "Missing version info"

Well, it looks like there are two issues going on here:
  1. It looks like you have "check for updates" enabled, but the actual update check is failing (I tried accessing the URL that is called to get the latest HESK/Mods for HESK version, and I'm getting a 500). Can you check your PHP logs and see if there's anything being logged?
  2. The URL that is used when the update check fails is incorrectly being pointed to hesk.com instead of mods-for-hesk.com. This will be fixed in a future update.

I was wondering if reinstalling the last 3.1.1 update could solve the problem, so I started uploading the files and when about the 80% files were uploaded, y checked the configuration page and it was OK!

HESK version: 2.7.3 - HESK is up to date
Mods for HESK Version: 3.1.1 - Mods for HESK is up to date

so, when the update finished I just deleted the Install folder and everything is fine now.

I suspect that the problem was that the first time I updated the Mods-for-hesk I didn't get all the files from the zipped package or so.

Thanks Mike.
