I would like to show in ticket list the last ticket open.It's possible?

You can add "ID" column to the "Ticket list" in settings and then order by ID - largest number is newest ticket.

Not sure what you mean?

If you mean to save this view as default then yes, you can do that - click "More options" in the "Show tickets" form and select "Make this my default view".
