Hi Klemen, I would like to know if it is possible to have a specific visible ticket list in the home page for each user; is it possible for each single user to manage which columns he is able to see in the home page?

Sure, each user can set it like this:

1. login to admin and find the "Show tickets" form on homepage
2. Click "More options"
3. Select "Make this my default view"
4. Click "Show tickets"

Hi Klemen, maybe I did not explain well, I would like each user is able to choose which columns to see in the home. Now I can only do it for the administrator, and what I choose as an administrator all see it. Instead, I would like each user to see in the home columns different from others.

I need each user to be able to see different columns/fields depending on their needs(e.g. I can see certain columns/fields, while my colleague from another department is able to see different ones, depending on what he needs); is it possible?

I see what you mean now and unfortunately no, this is not possible at the moment.

Will consider it for future releases.
