I installed the script and configured pop3 fetching to generate tickets from emails sent to a specific mail box. I added a cron job to run every 5 minutes.

Now I receive an email every 10 min with a new ID number for the same e-mail support sent. It´s more than duplicated! Never ends!

You have one (or both) of these issues:

1. email address used for POP3 fetching must NOT be used anywhere else. Make 100% no Hesk user has the same email address; if he does, email notifications are sent to that address then next time cron run the email notification is turned into a ticket again...

2. in admin panel > settings > email tab > POP3 fetching make sure "Keep a copy" is set to OFF
