I think there is a bug. in template ticket.
when I input new ticket, there is several template to choose.
I accidentally choose the first template, and then choose the correct template.
But It doesnot seem work.....the new template seems just add the template over the old one, without first clearing it.

When switching to the different template, are you selecting the "Replace message" radio button so it wipes out the old message, or are you selecting "Add to the bottom"?
