Email is not converting into the ticket

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: turned pipe setting on from hesk and configured 755 permission. I am not really sure about setting path to PHP

I have installed Hesk version 2.6.7 and configured all setting. Everything else is working fine but i want email to convert in to the ticket. I am using SMTP for sending email and email piping is also on and set the permission (755)as well. What else i need to do to make it work.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for reply. es i have followed the steps but couldnt get the following point.
"Open file inc/mail/hesk_pipe.php in a plain text editor like Notepad and verify that the first line matches path to PHP on your server."
How will i know if the path is correct, is their any example for this?

That's something your hosting company should confirm. However, the default path should work on most servers.
The most problematic is 5th step; unless you have a CPanel server, it may be tricky to setup email to script piping (you may want to use POP3 fetching instead); again, this is something you need to verify with your hosting company.

Hi,
I am using Cpanel server. The reason i am not using POP3 is because that need Cron Job. How can i configure email piping in Cpanel.

I have checked that instructions but in my Cpanel i don't have Forwarder option in email section.

Can you set email piping in "Email filters"?
If not, this is again something you will need to check with your host.

P.s.: you will need to click "Advanced" when adding a forwarder/filter to show the "Pipe to a program" option in Cpanel.

Hi Klemen,
Sorry i cannot see these options in my Cpanel,s Email section. But there is option to set Cron Job. If i configured POP3 in Hesk setting how can i configure Cron Job to convert emails into tickets.
