I have found that click counter won't work when using Firefox (it is OK with IE, Safari and as of today MS Edge). Can anyone offer a reason for this? Thanks

Hello,

Click counter works independently from browser and should work normally no matter what browser you use.

Can you post the URL of your counter and a sample link that doesn't work?

I tested your links in IE and Firefox and it all works fine from my end.

Are you getting any specific error messages or what exactly happens?

Also, try clearing your browser cache (temporary internet files) and see if that helps.

Thanks and I will try that. Just so that I don't get excited about the clicks recorded, roughly how many times did you try each link.
