Category Select

Hello,

First of all, thank you for this excellent support system. I updated it. Then, a support category selection page started to seen.

How can I disable this feature?

Submitting a ticket is now a two step process, because custom fields are defined based on the category selected.

You can replace that with a drop-down select box if you change "Category select limit:" setting to a value lower than number of categories you have (admin panel > Settings > Help desk > Features), but it will still be a two step process (and the default way is easier for customers as it's a single click operation only).
