In Reports : date range format can't be modified

Hi,
I have two languages enabled in my Hesk, whatever the language (en or fr) chosen, the date range in Reports is still in mm/dd/yyyy format.
I tried to modify the settings but I can't change this.

I could be fine to have the ISO date format and the dd/mm/yyyy.

This is definitely something that needs to be improved in the future (part of a larger rewrite to support different timezones and language settings).
