How to make admin can see their own ticket

Hi, im new using hesk.
Im using version 2.5.4 now.
Where i can edit the script to make admin/user to see their own ticket?

Not sure what you mean, admins can see any ticket from the admin panel?

I mean, user can see her/his own ticket that he/she sent. because in 2.5.4 version user cant see their own ticket that they sent.
