When i try test i get "535 Incorrect authentication data SMTP" but all fine.
I try connect using pc and mobile mail manager's and all work's fine!
POP3 fetching works fine too...

IMAP — imap.mail.ru 993 (SSL)
POP3 — pop.mail.ru 995 (SSL)
SMTP — smtp.mail.ru 465 (SSL)

Worked for me, I was able to connect using these settings:

SMTP Host: smtp.mail.ru
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Timeout: 15
SSL Protocol: ON
TLS Protocol: OFF
SMTP Username: **************************
SMTP Password: **************************

SMTP Port: 465
