Canned responses - Add to the bottom

Hi, I'm using Hesk vs. 2.6.5 and the new Mod 2.5.3, love it by the way. I've noticed since I've installed the mod when you are replying to a ticket and want to use a canned message, when you type your response and choose "Add to the bottom", it wipes out your message just like if you chose "Replace Message" instead. It was like that on the last couple mods, I just didn't ask about it yet.

My Hesk install without the mod worked like a champ. Anyone else having that issue?

Yes, there is an issue with the message being replaced. A temporary workaround is to enable "Rich Text for Tickets", as there are no issues with canned responses there.

If you choose to enable Rich Text for Tickets, please note that you may need to reformat and save your templates as they need to be properly formatted.
