Error in maintenance mode

I need translate hesk mods to swedish. So i set hesk in maintenance mode.

And i see the messages: Maintenance in progress on index page, but if i go to the knowledge base.php i get a blank page.

I turn on debug mode and get error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function hesk_dbQuery() in /storage/content/79/199979/supportportalen.mobi/public_html/inc/common.inc.php on line 1782

same if i go to the link submit a ticket.

Why?

Here is my inc/common.inc.php file

I use:
HESK version:2.6.5
Mods for HESK Version:2.5.2
