Have you searched THIS FORUM for your problem:
(if not please do before posting)
If so, what terms did you try:
yes found someone that had the same problem for the [x] button but it was a different result.

Write your message below:
I am using filezilla to upload to my proffesors server.
I followed what the readme said about transfering the image files over to the server such as transfering over as binary. I transfered them over without the image folder and got nothing. I tried with the image folder and got nothing. as for the smileys when I click on add smiley it takes me to microsoft website. I am able to post a message and view it but I cant delete or reply. If I try to reply I get this message:
The requested URL /mboard/mboard.php was not found on this server.

Any Ideas

You probably have the wrong URL set in $settings['mboard_url']. What is it set to? You might want to double-check what the readme.htm says about this before posting
