Hello all!

I'd like to customize the reports functionality to have an option to set the report type to "Tickets per customer". What is needed to be done to make this working?

Unfortunately the only way to do it would be to code it yourself (or hire someone to do it for you), to for example lookup tickets based on email address or similar.

Alright, thank your for this information. So I'll customize it myself when I have some free time.
